What’s the best use of your time?
It happened to me just the other day…my website needed updating. I know how to do it but instead I forwarded the information onto my assistant and had her take care of it. Updating my website was vital and it was going to help me promote a variety of programs but was it the best use of my time?

Don’t do it…it’ll derail your day
Famous last words: “It’ll only take a moment…” and before you know it you’re running late, you don’t get the things you need to do done and your whole day is shot.

“Squeeze-ins” are the things you do before you do what you’re supposed to be doing.
For instance that “one quick phone call” you make before you leave for a meeting is a squeeze-in.

Who’s the boss here anyway?

When your inbox and your to-do list collide
Many people use their email inbox as a to-do list. It gets bigger and bigger every day. You sort it by date, by subject or by sender all in an effort to deal with it.
